TrainEngage opened an office in Mexico last autumn 2016 as a step to take on international markets. Now TrainEngage has established its position at helping companies in digitalizing and gamifying their trainings in Latin America.
In the ever-changing market the ability to learn and adapt to new information quickly has become one of the most important competitive advantages for companies. TrainEngage is a gamified training technology that enables organizations to provide real-time learning experience for their employees and stakeholders, it also motivates people in a whole new way.
Understanding the local customers and their needs has been the key in identifying how online trainings brings true business value for companies in Mexico. We are happy to serve customers in various sectors such as TV Azteca Sonora from media sector, Capital Activo in banking, Covaproes in education, Into Consultancy in consulting, as well as in government and wellness sectors.
We have the great opportunity to share our Finnish know-how on education and technology in Mexico. Through our Latin America operations, we are committed to bring the right tools for companies who want to boost the potential in their employees and change the perception of trainings from an expense into an investment that will increase their productivity. All in all, we are determined to help companies have more engaged and efficient employees by using technology to achieve that goal.
Today TrainEngage Mexico employs an agile team of five and are serving customers through a well-established partnership network, which has shown to be a great asset to share our story and find potential customers.
“it’s been a great start for our operation here in Mexico. Key to our success has been establishing a great team and finding partners who believe in our mission and are ready to challenge the traditional thinking in corporations. When we arrived, we spent a lot of time listening and understanding the challenges Mexican companies are experiencing. We identified the critical need overcoming the great distances and achieve scalable training.”
